Ozark did a great, great job for us.

The refinished hardwood floors are beautiful, the new stain matches existing perfectly, the patching work is seamless, scheduling was accurate, communication was excellent, and the guys who did the work were complete professionals -- with great attitudes. We had previously had all of our floors done by Courtney over 20 years ago except for one bedroom which had carpeting. We decided to finally have those floors done and had Ozark perform the job. The work done by George & his son surpassed my expectations. They took extra care to not damage the recently painted baseboards and I was amazed how well all the edges and corners were refinished - even in the closets. We needed a small touch up done afterward due to some minor damage that was caused by moving furniture back into the room. The touch up team was excellent and overall, I was delighted with Ozark and recommend them most highly.

Ozark delivered as promised. The quality of the finished product is every bit as good as they said it would be with the stronger finish that would be more scratch resistant. The technicians were on time, professional, and did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with the end product refinishing our 30 plus year old oak floors.

Terry and his crew did an outstanding job getting the last of our stinky carpet out and matching the hardwood to the existing flooring in the house. You really can’t tell the new from the old hardwood. And the cut in around our fireplace was top notch. His huge mobile showroom of flooring made it that much easier. If I could give more stars, I would. 👊
