Terry and his crew did an outstanding job getting the last of our stinky carpet out and matching the hardwood to the existing flooring in the house. You really can’t tell the new from the old hardwood. And the cut in around our fireplace was top notch. His huge mobile showroom of flooring made it that much easier. If I could give more stars, I would. 👊

Ozark Flooring refinished our second floor white oak floors as part of a kitchen renovation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from Alexandra on the front end with patience and professionalism, to Terry who originally came to give us his thoughts on what would look great, to Jake and his team who did an absolutely beautiful job with the floors. We also had our handrails replaced and the stairs refinished, and all of it looks magnificent. They started and finished our floors as projected in their timeline, and the results exceeded our expectations. We had had the floors refinished 15 years ago by a different flooring company, and this job is in a league of its own-even down to the shoe molding stained to match the floors. It looks sophisticated and really elegant. The floors now make the kitchen. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any floor refinishing that you’re thinking about. My floors are beautiful! Great people to work with. They came out and gave me an estimate, no hidden surprises and the floors look great. They sent George to do the job. I’m glad they did. These floors were in bad shape and what George did was short of a miracle! As a real estate agent I’ve seen lots of floor refinishing. I’ll be sure to give their name to my clients!!!

Ozark Flooring recently installed new flooring in our master bedroom, and overall, we are very pleased with the final result.Terri was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped me choose the perfect color that coordinated beautifully with our existing wood flooring in the hallway. One of my favorite parts of the process was Terri’s mobile “showroom on wheels.” Having all the samples brought directly to our home made selecting the right flooring so much easier than going back and forth with small samples that don’t always reflect your home’s lighting.Our installer, Joey, was outstanding. He worked in our home for two days, and his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-notch. He did an excellent job and wasted virtually no material. Out of everything ordered, only one or two boards were too light to use.However, there were two issues I feel are important for future customers to be aware of. First, Ozark builds an additional 10–15% of flooring into the pricing to account for installation mishaps or unusable boards. Alexandria asked if I wanted extra boxes for future use, and I declined. Unfortunately, because Joey installed so efficiently, I ended up with three full boxes of unused flooring—at $235 each—that I didn’t need. The factory will not accept returns unless you have at least five boxes, and even then, there is a $120 restocking fee. This was disappointing and something I wish had been explained more clearly upfront.Second, the installation was scheduled with the subcontractors before I was consulted about my availability. The dates they selected conflicted with appointments I could not reschedule. I shared with Alexandria that it would be much more efficient to check with clients first before coordinating installer schedules to avoid unnecessary rescheduling.Despite these issues, I am extremely happy with how our floor turned out and highly recommend Terri and Joey.
