Amazing company! This is the 3rd time we have used Ozark and I will continue to use them because they do great work and the owner, Terry, stands behind their work 100%. They sanded and refinished about 800 sqft of hardwood floor that I was certain would need to be replaced due to water damage (staining and buckling), and 20 years of large dog wear and tear). They got everything lying flat again and you couldn't tell that there was every any damage. The original solid hardwood floors looked like new (and still do 3 years later)!When I moved, Ozark put in engineered hardwood in my new house and it is beautiful. They are amazingly durable and even after 3 years of dogs running on them, they still look great!Just moved again and Ozark bent over backwards working with me and other contractors to make my remodel go as smoothly as possible. I’ve got to give a huge shout out to Ozark Flooring. Our hot water heater flooded our second and first floors and our hardwoods were damaged. If you are looking for a meticulous flooring company who knows what they are doing, Ozark Flooring is who you need to call. Terry is super nice and very knowledgeable. We had some areas replaced and then everything refinished in a different color to update the look of our home. We also wanted our staircases updated and stained to match. This included new solid red oak rail system and new balusters. This was a major home update for us and Terry was really helpful in walking us through the whole process and working around our other contractors. To say we are thrilled with our new floors and staircases would be an understatement! Terry and his crew made it easy. He’ll even come to you with a mobile showroom! Terry was also very easy to get in touch with and was available to address any questions and concerns we had asap. Jake Hilbert is the Best of the Best in the hardwood floor industry. This is the 2nd time we have had work done by Jake and he delivers what he says he will do. His knowledge of the wood and staining is amazing !! 3 years ago Jake installed hardwood throughout our entire second floor and in our family room. This year he came back because we had water damage in our kitchen. He removed the damaged wood, installed new wood and then refinished all of our wood floors throughout our entire first floor and two staircases to match . We are beyond thrilled.

We had been putting off refinishing our 100 year old floors because we thought it was going to be a huge mess ie lots of dust and a hassle moving all the furniture. Ozark made the process so smooth and low stress! Terry was so knowledgeable about the products and what would work best for our floors and the guys that came and sanded and stained the floors were great! They put down a large sample of our two stain choices so that we could see what our floors would like. They were very helpful at directing us to the best color choice to cover some of the 100 year stains. The scratches are gone! And the stains have been removed or covered! The floors look amazing! And there wasn't any mess! Would highly recommend them.

We had Ozark come and replace all of the carpet in our common areas with an engineered hardwood and we are IN LOVE! They did such a beautiful job and the attention to detail is top tier. They really blew all of the big box stores out of the water as far as quality and we cannot recommend enough!!
I put this project off for a long time because I expected it to be such a hassle but as soon as Jake and Ozark came to give me an estimate things went as smooth as my new floors (and that’s very smooth!). They even helped me arrange for a storage unit and movers for my furniture. This whole project went off without a hitch from the moment I called for a quote (Alexandra is great and responded promptly every time) until the very end. You won’t be sorry!
My wife and I had Ozark Flooring installed our new flooring throughout the downstairs rooms in November 2023. Jimmy and Toby, our installers, did a super outstanding job. Our floor needed to be leveled before laying the wood floor. Jimmy showed me all of the unlevel areas where new flooring would be laid that wouldn't meet flooring laying specifications if the floor wasn't level prior to installing. This would cause the warranty not to be honored if there were any issues with the floor after it was installed. It cost more, but well worth the money. Our floors are level and looks fabulous. The whole Ozark Flooring organization from the owner Terry who brought his mobile show room truck to us and showed us the many beautiful samples of flooring to the Office Manager Alexandra, who was helpful in answering our questions, organizing/coordinating installation dates and was pleasant to speak to during the whole process from being to end. And lastly but not the least, Jimmy and Toby, our installers who are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in leveling and installing wood floors and baseboards. They were friendly. reliable, and dedicated in their work. We are extremely happy and 100% satisfied with our new floors. This was a great investment in updating our home with Ozark Flooring.

We just had new engineered hardwood flooring installed in LR and DR, and had our Family Room refinished to match. They did an EXCELLENT job on installation and refinishing. Terry Woods’ mobile showroom made floor choices easy. He is so knowledgeable on all types of flooring. His installation crew, Jake and Jackson, were professional and meticulous. Jake takes great pride in his work. Although we encountered a few unforeseen hiccups in the process (floor leveling issues) Terry and Jake efficiently addressed and resolved our issue in a very timely manner. I would definitely use Ozark Floors again!

My wood floors on 2 levels, staircase treads and staircase landing needed refinishing. Ozark Flooring was the only company in the 757 area that was willing to give me an estimate after about 8 other companies either refused to show up for their scheduled appointments with me or refused to actually deliver an estimate after their appointments with me. Terry Wood was readily available for an appointment, brought his great mobile showroom bus to my home and was willing & able to give an estimate before he left my home. I received a formal quote within 36 hours. In late April 2022, the wood was refinished and shoe moldings were replaced by an AWESOME guy named Andrew who was communicative about the progress and expectations and made sure to secure my home when he left each day. He also worked in a timely fashion. Two to three guys joined Andrew for 1-2 days and they all did awesome work and cleanup. All correspondence with Alexandra regarding the quote, scheduling, invoice & payment was professional and timely. If I need further assistance with my wood floors and stairs, I will absolutely be calling Ozark Flooring again. I have already referred someone else to them.

Hiring a contractor can be very stressful. However, Terry made the process so easy. He brought the showroom bus to my home to pick out the flooring. His crew did an amazing job. They had to tear out old laminate flooring and replace with new flooring. They did it seamlessly. They were very professional, extremely clean and did exceptional work!
