Ozark Flooring recently installed new flooring in our master bedroom, and overall, we are very pleased with the final result.Terri was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped me choose the perfect color that coordinated beautifully with our existing wood flooring in the hallway. One of my favorite parts of the process was Terri’s mobile “showroom on wheels.” Having all the samples brought directly to our home made selecting the right flooring so much easier than going back and forth with small samples that don’t always reflect your home’s lighting.Our installer, Joey, was outstanding. He worked in our home for two days, and his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-notch. He did an excellent job and wasted virtually no material. Out of everything ordered, only one or two boards were too light to use.However, there were two issues I feel are important for future customers to be aware of. First, Ozark builds an additional 10–15% of flooring into the pricing to account for installation mishaps or unusable boards. Alexandria asked if I wanted extra boxes for future use, and I declined. Unfortunately, because Joey installed so efficiently, I ended up with three full boxes of unused flooring—at $235 each—that I didn’t need. The factory will not accept returns unless you have at least five boxes, and even then, there is a $120 restocking fee. This was disappointing and something I wish had been explained more clearly upfront.Second, the installation was scheduled with the subcontractors before I was consulted about my availability. The dates they selected conflicted with appointments I could not reschedule. I shared with Alexandria that it would be much more efficient to check with clients first before coordinating installer schedules to avoid unnecessary rescheduling.Despite these issues, I am extremely happy with how our floor turned out and highly recommend Terri and Joey. Amazing company! This is the 3rd time we have used Ozark and I will continue to use them because they do great work and the owner, Terry, stands behind their work 100%. They sanded and refinished about 800 sqft of hardwood floor that I was certain would need to be replaced due to water damage (staining and buckling), and 20 years of large dog wear and tear). They got everything lying flat again and you couldn't tell that there was every any damage. The original solid hardwood floors looked like new (and still do 3 years later)!When I moved, Ozark put in engineered hardwood in my new house and it is beautiful. They are amazingly durable and even after 3 years of dogs running on them, they still look great!Just moved again and Ozark bent over backwards working with me and other contractors to make my remodel go as smoothly as possible. Ozark may not be the cheapest company out there, but Terry and his team are WELL worth the money for their outstanding work and for Terry's word/guarantee! Thank you Terry, to you and your team!

I’ve got to give a huge shout out to Ozark Flooring. Our hot water heater flooded our second and first floors and our hardwoods were damaged. If you are looking for a meticulous flooring company who knows what they are doing, Ozark Flooring is who you need to call. Terry is super nice and very knowledgeable. We had some areas replaced and then everything refinished in a different color to update the look of our home. We also wanted our staircases updated and stained to match. This included new solid red oak rail system and new balusters. This was a major home update for us and Terry was really helpful in walking us through the whole process and working around our other contractors. To say we are thrilled with our new floors and staircases would be an understatement! Terry and his crew made it easy. He’ll even come to you with a mobile showroom! Terry was also very easy to get in touch with and was available to address any questions and concerns we had asap. Jake Hilbert is the Best of the Best in the hardwood floor industry. This is the 2nd time we have had work done by Jake and he delivers what he says he will do. We had been putting off refinishing our 100 year old floors because we thought it was going to be a huge mess ie lots of dust and a hassle moving all the furniture. Ozark made the process so smooth and low stress! Terry was so knowledgeable about the products and what would work best for our floors and the guys that came and sanded and stained the floors were great! They put down a large sample of our two stain choices so that we could see what our floors would like. They were very helpful at directing us to the best color choice to cover some of the 100 year stains. The scratches are gone! And the stains have been removed or covered! The floors look amazing! And there wasn't any mess! Would highly recommend them.

My wife and I had Ozark Flooring installed our new flooring throughout the downstairs rooms in November 2023. Jimmy and Toby, our installers, did a super outstanding job. Our floor needed to be leveled before laying the wood floor. Jimmy showed me all of the unlevel areas where new flooring would be laid that wouldn't meet flooring laying specifications if the floor wasn't level prior to installing. This would cause the warranty not to be honored if there were any issues with the floor after it was installed. It cost more, but well worth the money. Our floors are level and looks fabulous. The whole Ozark Flooring organization from the owner Terry who brought his mobile show room truck to us and showed us the many beautiful samples of flooring to the Office Manager Alexandra, who was helpful in answering our questions, organizing/coordinating installation dates and was pleasant to speak to during the whole process from being to end. And lastly but not the least, Jimmy and Toby, our installers who are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in leveling and installing wood floors and baseboards. They were friendly. reliable, and dedicated in their work. We are extremely happy and 100% satisfied with our new floors. This was a great investment in updating our home with Ozark Flooring.
